Our organization has two homes (in Stone Mountain and Atlanta, GA), each with 3 rooms for rent. The house in Stone Mountain, GA, is fully furnished with utilities (electric, gas, water, and internet) included. The master bedroom is rented for $1000 because it has a full bathroom. The other two rooms are rented for $850 a month and share the hall bathroom. The house in Atlanta is unfurnished with 3 bedrooms and one shared bathroom, one room is queen bed is 850 and rooms with full bed is 750 with utilities (electric, water, and internet) included. A stay can be month-to-month, short-term, or long-term. Please let me know if you have any participants who need housing and think these arrangements may be suitable for them.
